Teacher Training Update!

Post short evening rainstorm, I'm here, finally with Internet, able to update the blog.. I'm three weeks deep into this yoga teacher training, and I really haven't learned so much new information. Nonetheless, my asana (posture) & physical yoga practice (only a very small part of yoga as a lifestyle) is thriving. Otherwise, my Sadhana, practice, is evolving and becoming clearer by the day.
As a side note, I'd like to add that this opportunity to live my values was really present for me in Taiwan, and I felt as though my life as I want it to be and my attitude toward life as it is lived was most aligned while in Taiwan. Lovely that I'm moving back, no? :)
First India though.. Summer in Kalkota (with Danielle!) and then likely trekking back to Auroville to continue all of the learning that is to be engaged in there!
So, here are some photos to bring you closer into my world.

My green juice, daily breakfast. So grateful am I!

Our final assignment for the course is to design and deliver an hour and 15 minute yoga course completely memorized, all alone from start to finish. I have until next Wednesday. I'll post with progress reports.

To you today(night) I send love and loads of satya: truthfulness.
