Some more photos... and a life update

So! I´m working quite hard here in Costa Rica.. some of the most intense yoga asanas practices of my life. I´m also getting into Pratyahara, external sense withdrwal, to look deeper within. Yoga after all, is the union of the individual with the Divine; for me this is Deep Ecology (view link on last post) - re-entering the web of life of which humans are undeniably part.

Otherwise in life I have a week more of travel in Cota Rica at the end of May (post teacher training), and then I am headed back to Columbus for a week, then down to Florida for a quick training to become a gravity-method colon hydrotherapist! Then I´ll head to DC for CLS State Department orientation (June 9-11), and then I´m off to Kalkota, India until the end of August! I elected to go to West Bengal, India over Bangladesh this summer for a change in scenery. Likely, magnetic attraction being as it is, I will likely head south back to Auroville after the summer language (Bengali) program in Kalkota. Then to Taiwan! (Slate January 2011??)

For now I´m off to study my Sanskrit and learn the names of 65 asanas (yoga postures)!
